Mr. Moffatt is the current Chairman of the Insurance Claims Complaints Bureau and was also Chairman from 1995 to 1998. Between 1998 and 1999, he was the Chairman of the Motor Insurance Bureau. Mr. Moffatt has been the Managing Director of AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Ltd. (formerly known as Guardian Insurance Ltd.) since 1990. He has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the general insurance industry of Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
