        Dr. Lee is a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology in private practice.

        He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1958 and received postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology in Hong Kong and United Kingdom. He held the posts of Senior Medical and Health Officer in the Hong Kong Government and Senior Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the University of Hong Kong until 1975 when he started private practice.

        Dr. Lee has been in the Council of the Hong Kong Medical Association for more than 20 years and was the President from 1994 to 1998.

        He has also been a long-standing member of the Medical Council. of Hong Kong and was elected its Chairman in early 2000.
