Dr. John D Ho is vice chairman of the Consumer Council. A graduate of the University of Hong Kong, he holds a PhD in economics from the University of Minnesota and a law degree from the University of California at Davis. He teaches law at the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong and is a member of the State Bar of California. His research interests include consumer law, competition law and company law.
